The Housing
Assistance Program
The Housing Assistance Program (HAP) serves low income and disabled people
living in the Kansas City, Missouri metropolitan area. The HAP provides information
on housing options, emergency housing, transitional housing and rental subsidy
programs for qualifying candidates. Participants of the HAP must meet medical
disability requirements and be referred to the program by their case manager.
